Responsibilities

  • The Senior Ralliant Business System Leader (RBSL), Hollister, leads the implementation of the Ralliant Business System across the organization to deliver short- and long-term results.
  • Identify and drive focus on Fundamental SME needed for the site.
  • Accordingly, candidates must either be U.S. Persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) or be prepared to collaborate with the company in securing the necessary U.S. government export authorizations.
  • Job Summary The Senior Ralliant Business System Leader (RBSL), Hollister, leads the implementation of the Ralliant Business System across the organization to deliver short- and long-term results.
  • The role creates and drives the Kaizen roadmap, event execution, and Champion progression throughout site, across the other RBSL's and reports to the VP of RBS.

Compensation
