  • The team works closely with investment teams across the firm as well as sales, operations an other key functional areas vital to the ETF ecosystem within PGIM.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily ETF Capital Markets activities including creation/redemption orders, Investment team coordination, and secondary market trading.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Operations, Product, Compliance, and Sales to resolve trade and settlement issues.
  • Proactively identify and drive process improvements to boost market quality and operational efficiency.
  • Perform daily reviews of ETF website data/holdings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Rule 6C-11.

Requirements

  • What you can expect
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Series 7 license required
  • 2+ years of experience within ETF capital markets, trading, or operations
  • Strong understanding of ETF mechanics, particularly primary/secondary market structure and the creation/redemption process.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with trading systems, order workflows, and market data platforms (Bloomberg preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills
  • experience working with large datasets, market research tools, macros, and trading platforms (Bloomberg preferred).

Compensation

  • Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations.
  • The salary range for this role is from $100,000 to $135,000.
