About the role
- Act as the local HR expert, advising leaders on people-related matters including employee relations, engagement, compliance, and culture
- Translate and activate global HR standards, policies, and programs into compliant, consistent local delivery
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and safety-first workplace culture aligned to Danaher values
Responsibilities
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate employees to balance staffing strength and develop future leaders.
- Lead and support local HR initiatives, change efforts, and site-critical moments requiring on-the-ground presence
- Experience partnering with business leaders and HR COEs to deliver HR programs across the talent lifecycle and Supporting non-desk, manufacturing populations
Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 10% regionally or globally
