Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Data Science or Analytics domains.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related area
- possessing a master's degree or equivalent experience is beneficial.
- Proficiency in analytics and data science tools such as SQL, R, Python, and visualization tools like Tableau, with experience working directly with large, complex datasets.
- Experience in shipping, supply chain, logistics, or a related area is beneficial, along with the ability to quickly understand operational constraints and opportunities.
Nice to have
- Experience working as a product or business analyst, or in a similar role, applying insights from data analysis to tackle problems at scale.
- Familiarity with product analytics and online experimentation (A/B testing) is a plus.
Compensation
- Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
- $170,400 - $227,500
- The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
