About the role

This role is accountable for financial performance, operational excellence, client satisfaction, and people leadership across diverse practice environments.
Operational & Financial Leadership Provide oversight for multiple practices to ensure consistent execution of operational standards, quality outcomes, and contractual performance.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and corporate responsibility standards.

Own regional performance metrics including productivity, quality, client satisfaction, and margin.
Partner with Practice Directors and site-level leaders to identify performance gaps, implement corrective action plans, and sustain improvements.
People & Culture Leadership Lead, coach, and develop Practice Directors and site-level leadership teams.

Proven ability to lead through influence, ambiguity, and change.
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and technology to drive process, operational, and performance improvements.

Travel Requirement Approximately 70% travel required to support practices across the assigned region, including Reading, PA and surrounding markets.
Willingness and ability to meet extensive travel requirements.
