Responsibilities
- Own communication with candidates, recruiters and interview teams on any logistics related to interviewing
- Attend intake meetings with recruiters and hiring managers, as needed, to develop an understanding of open roles, and stay actively engaged in the progress of open searches
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to identify operational gaps in coordination workflows and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, communication, and candidate experience
- Partner, as needed, with recruiters to build and sustain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs
- Partner with the recruiters, HR Business Partners, and HR Operations team to maintain and update job descriptions, including auditing posted job descriptions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role
- 3+ years previous experience with an applicant tracking system

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
- Demonstrated curiosity and a genuine interest in talent acquisition
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proven talent to think on your feet and handle issues with resourceful solutions
- Demonstrated prior success in a role requiring extensive internal and external customer interaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels within the organization
- Experienced in handling ambiguity and shifting priorities
Skills
- Utilize the ATS and our other metric tools to track and report on metrics
