About the role

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or related field required (equivalent experience considered for candidates without a bachelor's degree).
  • Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience using Revit.
  • Strong understanding of building code, zoning regulations, and multifamily industry standards.
  • Corporate office hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in large-scale multi-family project design is preferred.
