- Ensure timely completion of construction drawings based on approved plans.

- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in architectural design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or related field required (equivalent experience considered for candidates without a bachelor's degree).
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience using Revit.
- Strong understanding of building code, zoning regulations, and multifamily industry standards.
- Corporate office hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
Nice to have
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in large-scale multi-family project design is preferred.
