Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day construction activities for MV substations, solar PV, and BESS projects;
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on site;
- Perform procurement activities;
- Develop and manage construction schedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project);
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation measures;
- Manage solar PV installation (racking, modules, inverters, DC and AC systems);
- Support testing, commissioning, and energization activities;
- Manage ESA inspections, permits, and close-out documentation;
- Lead site meetings and issue clear construction reports;
- Implement project-specific Quality Plans;
