About the role

  • Join the Upstream Rehabilitation team as a Patient Access Manager, where you'll play a key role in delivering meaningful patient experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor territory access metrics (e.g., referral aging, scheduling lag, arrival rates), identify performance trends, and implement corrective action plans when standards are not met.
  • Partner with Clinic Directors, Vice Presidents of Operations, and Regional VPs to support field PCC performance and improve access outcomes.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics, identify operational issues, and develop actionable improvement plans.
  • Opportunities to stretch your skills-whether you're building pipelines, designing sourcing strategies, or advising leadership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct people leadership experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare patient access or front-office operations.
  • Proven ability to manage workforce allocation, coverage planning, and workflow compliance.
  • 5+ years of experience healthcare/medical practice setting.
