This role is highly executional, focused on campaign setup, optimization, testing, and performance analysis across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other emerging social channels.
US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.

Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms (e.g. Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc).
Manage audience targeting, budget allocation, creative trafficking, and campaign structure to drive efficient growth.
Conduct ongoing performance monitoring and implement daily/weekly optimizations.
Support structured testing across creative variations, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
Analyze performance trends (CTR, CVR, CAC) to uncover optimization opportunities that support both channel performance and regional campaign objectives.
Partner with Creative to provide data-informed feedback on messaging, formats, and content iterations.
Maintain clean account structure and campaign documentation.
Support audience uploads, exclusions, and segmentation strategies.
Partner with analytics and channel leads to connect platform results with business outcomes through advanced measurement (e.g. Brand Lift Studies, MMM, Incrementality).
Collaborate with paid social lead, paid media generalists, and regional marketing stakeholders to ensure cohesive cross-channel strategy.

Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization.
Experience running performance-focused paid social ads for omnichannel consumer brands.
Comfort analyzing data and translating performance metrics into optimization actions.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Deep hands-on expertise within paid social, with a focus on executional excellence and optimization rigor.

2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta and TikTok required
Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat preferred).
