Responsibilities
- Perform data entry
Requirements
- Familiarity with handhelp electronic devices and computers
- Ability to be certified as a fork truck operator and willing to operate a forklift, must have certification for the role
- 2 or more years of experience in a production environment or Associates Degree and 1 or more years of experience in a production environment
- Previous experience in a Lean Process enterprise
- Experience with Oracle or another compatible WMS
- Prepare and package spares and machine orders for shipping and special assignments as required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
Compensation
- A starting annual accrual of 3 weeks of Earned Time, 3 Paid Sick Days, 10 holidays, and 40 hours of Community Service Time
- Base hourly pay PLUS an Annual Profit-Sharing with a target of 20% BONUS
