Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end allocation of enterprise cost pools, ensuring models, methodologies, and processes accurately reflect business activities and evolving strategic priorities.
- Analyze and synthesize complex data sets-financial, operational, and technological-to deliver actionable insights for senior leadership, department heads, and fund teams.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to enhance system integrations, develop scalable tools, improve data quality, and validate allocation logic within technology solutions.
- Document business processes, partner with internal auditors, and ensure robust controls supporting accuracy, compliance, and enterprise‑level integrity.
- Reviewing and interpreting fund governing documents.
Requirements
- Experience working closely with technology teams, including articulating business requirements, validating system outputs, and contributing to data‑driven product enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, audit, fund administration, or cost allocation environments.
