This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations, shaping how the organization understands and deploys its corporate resources.

Lead the end-to-end allocation of enterprise cost pools, ensuring models, methodologies, and processes accurately reflect business activities and evolving strategic priorities.
Analyze and synthesize complex data sets-financial, operational, and technological-to deliver actionable insights for senior leadership, department heads, and fund teams.
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to enhance system integrations, develop scalable tools, improve data quality, and validate allocation logic within technology solutions.
Document business processes, partner with internal auditors, and ensure robust controls supporting accuracy, compliance, and enterprise‑level integrity.
Reviewing and interpreting fund governing documents.

Experience working closely with technology teams, including articulating business requirements, validating system outputs, and contributing to data‑driven product enhancements.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
6+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, audit, fund administration, or cost allocation environments.
