Requirements
- Must have 10 years of experience performing safe rigging and lifting operations, including using overhead cranes and chain falls.
- In lieu of 2 years of experience as stated, employer will accept a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Marine Engineering, Marine Engineering Technology or a related field and 8 years of experience as stated.
- Must also have 7 years of experience performing turbocharger mechanical engineering activities.
- Must be willing to travel at least 40% of working time (domestic and international).
Compensation
- We are offering a salary of $97,100 to $145,700 per year.

- Perform service tasks, identify technical problems and make analysis through remote or on-site activity in any service categories, including installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, engineering and consulting, advanced services, extensions, upgrades and retrofits, end of life services and replacements of a variety of turbochargers for commercial applications.
- The application scope involved can range from the United States Navy in the marine sector to power stations on the land side.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer order and expectations, and ensure operational standards and operational ability of our customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and communicate them internally.
- Coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for service activities.
- Prepare all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative.
- Proactively identify potential equipment failures and request proactive corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot equipment failure and make recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
- Proactively identify suggestions for product and quality improvement and communicate them further in the Accelleron organization.
- Provide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service.
- Apply safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities.
- Report unsafe practices and incidents.
