The Senior Cloud Security Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and advising customers on secure Microsoft cloud solutions, with a primary focus on Azure security architecture and Microsoft security technologies. This customer-facing role
Requirements
- Five or more years of hands-on Azure experience in cloud security engineering, architecture, consulting, or a related field.
- Experience leading customer-facing technical discussions with senior technical decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of Azure security architecture, including identity, networking, governance, logging, monitoring, and workload protection.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Microsoft Sentinel.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra, including Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, Identity Protection, Azure MFA, and role-based access control.
- Required:
- Experience developing technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and customer recommendations.
- Understanding of Microsoft security concepts, cloud security architecture, and industry best practices.

- Certificates and License Requirements
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, including device compliance, configuration profiles, endpoint security policies, and integration with Conditional Access.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, including onboarding, policy configuration, vulnerability management, and incident response workflows.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, including data protection, information protection, retention, DLP, and compliance-related workloads.
- Experience with Kubernetes security concepts, preferably including Azure Kubernetes Service, container security, identity integration, network security, and runtime protection.
