About the role
- In charge of carrying out day-to-day organizational tasks and facilitating efficient communication across the crew scheduling and other departments.
- Enter and organize Grievances in I-Sight and Teams, send step 1 decisions, establish agenda for hearings, and 20.A discussions in Teams.
- Identify problematic areas and conduct research to determine the best course of action to correct the data

- In collaboration with others, develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize operational efficiency and data quality
- Interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings
- Develop graphs, reports, and presentations of project results
- Perform a range of Crew Scheduling administrative support tasks and other duties as assigned
- Respond to Crewmember /Pilot Support/Crew Scheduling e-mail inquiries
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system, scan documents into digital case files
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in data mining techniques and procedures and knowing when their use is appropriate
- Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
- Strong computer skills
- must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must be self-starter and team player
- Solid database and data analyst skills required
- Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Compensation
- $54,500 - $73,500 USD
- Competitive compensation will be offered based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity and other factors.
- In addition, a range of benefits to include medical, dental and vision insurance, employee assistance program, as well as generous paid time off, and 401K contributions are offered as a part of the total compensation package.
