Manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing timelines and evolving priorities across various brand families.
Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and completion for: New production innovations Limited-time offerings (LTOs) SKU rationalization initiatives Product sunsetting and delisting activities Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among operations, production, marketing, sales, procurement, supply chain, finance, and other key stakeholders.
Collect, organize, and synthesize data and input from numerous employees and departments to maintain project alignment and momentum.
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, GANTT charts, stage-gate documentation, and executive reporting.
Support process improvement initiatives that enhance project execution efficiency and cross-functional communication.

Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
3-7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, operations, product development, or related industries preferred.
Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, stage-gate processes, and timeline management.
Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools, including GANTT chart development and maintenance.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authority.
