Responsibilities
- You get new partners live and operating to our standards, and you own ongoing performance across your partner base (availability, speed, quality, and selection expansion), diagnosing issues, driving improvements, and raising the bar with each partner you add.
Requirements
- You have a start-up mentality and love digging in to find the root cause of a problem.
- You are internally motivated, thrive in a fast paced environment, and are comfortable owning an outcome end to end.
