- In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of a production line, prepare schedules, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Train new hires, manage scheduling and work conflicts, monitor safety, and promote internal communication to create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Partner cross-functionally with other departments to prepare, maintain, and update documentation related to operating procedures, safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other Production Managers in continuous improvement project for the facility.
- Leads the creation, implementation and training of standard work procedures.
- Initiates and conducts process improvement dialogs with Team Leads and Team Members.
- ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- ability to apply organization's performance management system, practices, and tools to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance.
- Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- Performance Management: Knowledge of successful performance management techniques; ability to apply organization's performance management system, practices, and tools to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance.
- Experience in multiple manufacturing support disciplines.
Requirements
- Experience with powder coat systems, liquid paint systems, pre-treat chemical application, shot blast operations.
Compensation
- $81,370.00 - $122,060.00
- Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
