About the role
- This role focuses on both order design and order management for protein projects, including reviewing customer-provided sequences and placing internal orders to Molecular Biology, as well as ensuring smooth execution of protein projects within defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate project plans within operational scope, ensuring alignment with production capacity and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with production, PM, and QC teams to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.
- The position works closely with Production, Project Management, and cross-functional teams to coordinate planning, track progress, and support efficient end-to-end project delivery in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Master's degree or above.
- Support continuous improvement of production workflows and platform capabilities, and complete additional assignments as required by the team lead.
- Major in Biology or related life science disciplines.
- Background in the biological or biotechnology-related industry.
- Strong technical competency and communication skills.

Nice to have
- Fluency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
- 1+ years of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of molecular biology and cell biology
- experience in recombinant protein/antibody expression and purification is a plus.
Compensation
- The estimated salary range is $60,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.
