About the role
- Senior Controller This job is based in Salt Lake City, UT.

- This position reports directly to executive leadership and will play a critical role in strengthening financial discipline, improving operational visibility, and supporting the long-term future of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with operations leadership to improve:
- Support banking relationships, lender reporting, and external audits
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Help drive ERP, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions as the company continues to grow
- We care far more about how you operate, lead people, solve problems, and respond under pressure than polished corporate language or perfectly written resumes.
