About the role

Responsibilities
- Your Mission As the Finance Manager, you will support finance and multifunctional leaders on strategic planning, forecasting, and impact assessment for investments in Franchises and/or across the Blizzard portfolio.

- Help to set objectives, measurable KPIs, budget, and approval gates for both fixed headcount and variable spend.
- Lead financial analysis to support decision-making on franchise priorities, investments, and go-to-market plans.
- Own and lead processes to improve investment tracking, reporting, and evaluation.
- Partner with game franchise teams to develop deep understanding of audience segments, and deliver content & marketing plans that will drive profitable growth.
- Contribute to decision making on budget allocation and optimization, including user acquisition, influencer activation, partnership marketing, and campaign production, among others.

Compensation
- Partner with development, marketing and finance teams to develop annual operating plan / quarterly forecast for the budget.
