Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, business or accounting or equivalent experience
- 3 years of financial or banking experience
Nice to have
- Completion of formal Bank Credit Training program, preferred but not required
- Prior B2B, small business banking, or consultative outside sales experience in financial services is a plus
Compensation
- The estimated salary range for this role is $71,000 - $92,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
- Responsible for annual goals tied to loan and deposit volume, cross-sales, call planning/prospecting and fee income generation.
