We're currently seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a member of our civil engineering team, you will work on a broad range of projects.

Lead and manage all phases of civil engineering projects-from planning and design through execution-ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget objectives are met.
Partner with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions, achieve project goals, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Oversee the development and coordination of schematic design, design development, and construction documents, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.
Supervise, mentor, and support designers and project engineers, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios in California and Texas-and help bring high-performance, community-first design to life.

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive technical experience across all phases of civil engineering project delivery.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Working knowledge of local agencies and a solid understanding of jurisdictional permitting and approval processes.

Ongoing education through LPA+U courses and Tech Talks focused on innovative, sustainable practices.
