  • We're currently seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
  • As a member of our civil engineering team, you will work on a broad range of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of civil engineering projects-from planning and design through execution-ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget objectives are met.
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions, achieve project goals, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Oversee the development and coordination of schematic design, design development, and construction documents, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support designers and project engineers, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive technical experience across all phases of civil engineering project delivery.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Working knowledge of local agencies and a solid understanding of jurisdictional permitting and approval processes.

Compensation

  • This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
