Responsibilities
- Since starting 18 months ago, we've raised $100,000,0000+ from world-class investors such as Lightspeed Venture Partners, Khosla Ventures, Contrary Ventures and Google Ventures, as well as more than 20 angel investors who've built, scaled, and exited some of the most impactful companies of the last decade.
- As our Head of ERP Implementations, you'll build and scale our Customer Experience function from the ground up, owning everything from implementation and onboarding to post go-live support and long-term customer success.

- You'll build a world class Customer Experience function, going from excellent delivery/implementation through post go-live customer support
- You'll recruit and lead a team of 15+ CX Leads and Customer Support specialists, and will continue to hire and scale the team quickly
- You'll collaborate with founders, product, and engineering to shape the roadmap based on real customer feedback
- You'll also own end-to-end ERP implementations and long-term customer relationships as an IC/jump in where needed to support your team and roll up your sleeves
- You'll deliver best-in-class onboarding, go-live execution, and ongoing CX excellence
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ERP implementations, ERP functional consulting, or accounting/advisory with at least 2+ years' managing teams of at least 5 people at a senior or leadership level
Compensation
- $200,000 - $315,000
