About the role

- This role involves the use of microscopes, small hand tools, fixtures, and interpreting work instructions.

Responsibilities
- Perform product testing, including pull tests specific to certain operations.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs if necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs.
Requirements
- Basic computer and communication skills required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Proficiency in understanding and following written instructions in English.
- Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.
- Measure components using calipers, gauges, or other measuring devices as required.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience with measuring devices (calipers, gauges, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus.
