Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in ETL design and development, providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create ETL mapping, design, and product support documents.
- Review and validate design specifications and code deliverables from development teams to ensure compliance with standards.
- Lead data analysis and metadata management initiatives to support accurate and consistent data usage.
- Develop and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes within parallel processing frameworks.
- Write and maintain advanced SQL scripts for data manipulation and validation.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and methodologies for ETL deployments.
- Perform comprehensive application test planning, execution, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ETL solutions with enterprise systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field and 5 years of experience.

- Must have experience with: healthcare domain
- developing ETL solutions using IBM DataStage
- Master data management using Reltio
- Apache Kafka
- Amazon S3
- IBM DataStage Designer
- Writing complex SQL queries to develop and test the ETL requirements
- Using relational databases for source and target migration including Teradata, Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server
