Responsibilities

  • Perform prep/analysis of samples of various matrices for various analytical methods
  • Perform basic maintenance on equipment used for routine work
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • It is one of the market leaders in certain testing and laboratory services for genomics, discovery pharmacology, forensics, advanced material sciences and in the support of clinical studies, as well as having an emerging global presence in Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations.
  • It also has a rapidly developing presence in highly specialized and molecular clinical diagnostic testing and in-vitro diagnostic products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
  • Equivalent relevant experience may substitute for degree.
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.

Nice to have

  • BS in Chemistry, with some analytical Chemistry classes
  • Previous lab experience is a plus
  • Experience with instrumentation is a plus, including LC/MS or GC/MS
  • Environmental Science coursework or experience is a plus, but is not required
