Responsibilities
- Completing psychological testing for diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, level-of-care recommendations, and clinical documentation support.
- Making clinically appropriate recommendations for therapy, medication evaluation, school supports, community services, higher level of care, or additional testing.
Requirements
- Ability to select appropriate testing instruments based on referral questions.
- Ability to explain clinical findings clearly to clients and families.
- Ability to work independently on a f
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with clients, families, clinical team members, administrative staff, and supervisors.
- Must be able to maintain attention to detail during clinical interviews, psychological testing, scoring, report writing, and feedback sessions.

Compensation
- This is a fee-for-service role.
- Compensation is based on completed, documented, and approved services.

- ACCOUNTABLE FOR: Freedom Healthcare LLC dba Community Wellness Outpatient Mental Health Center is seeking a Licensed Psychologist, PhD or PsyD, or a Psychology Associate who already has an approved clinical supervisor, to provide psychological testing, evaluation, test administration, scoring, interpretation, feedback sessions, and related outpatient behavioral health services on a fee-for-service basis.
- CLASSIFICATION: Fee-for-Service (FFS), with the following classification options available:
- Fee-for-Service W-2
- Fee-for-Service 1099
- WORK SCHEDULE: This role offers flexible scheduling based on provider availability, client need, testing referrals, office workflow, and agency requirements.
- Testing appointments, feedback sessions, report completion timelines, and any therapy caseload expectations will be coordinated with Community Wellness Outpatient Mental Health Center and Enterprise Management Solutions LLC.
