Leadership and Supervision: Directly supervise Maintenance personnel and provide day‑to‑day leadership for the Maintenance department.

Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, evaluate, and develop employees.
Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs using current technologies, data analysis, and CMMS software.
Develop and execute aggressive yet achievable project schedules and realistic cost estimates in support of business requirements.
Participate in and support initiatives related to cost reduction, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Support:
Support Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Planning teams with accurate data for production scheduling, capacity planning, and material availability.
Collaborate with EHS, HR, Engineering, Quality & Continuous Improvement teams to ensure data supports regulatory and compliance requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building automation systems.
Focus on equipment reliability, HVAC, complex building systems, and vendor management.

High school diploma/GED is standard, with vocational training, technical certificates, or an associate/bachelor's degree in facility management or industrial technology highly valued.

Requires 5+ years of general Maintenance experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position preferred.

Safety & Compliance: Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and risk management.
Required Skills and Abilities
Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic skills for diagnosing and repairing equipment.
Administrative & Computer
Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and MS Office, plus experience with budgeting.
Common Industry-Specific Experience
Industrial/Manufacturing: Focus on production machinery, robotics, and heavy equipment maintenance.
