About the role
- - Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution
- - Lead all phases of CTG/CCGT project execution (development through COD)
Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of CTG/CCGT project execution (development through COD)
- Manage EPC contractors and OEMs (e.g., GE, Siemens, Mitsubishi)
- Establish and maintain project scope, schedule, and budget (typically $300MM-$1B+)
- Drive decision-making and problem resolution across multidisciplinary teams Engineering & Technical Coordination
- HRSG design and performance o Balance of plant (BOP) systems (cooling water, fuel gas, electrical systems)
- All applicable building and national codes
- Lead site progress reporting and milestone tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or other related field of study Required
- 10-15+ years of experience in power generation or heavy industrial projects
- 7+ years managing large EPC projects ($100MM+)
- Demonstrated experience with: o Gas turbine projects (Frame units, aeroderivatives)
- Combined-cycle plant construction (1×1 or larger) Proven track record delivering projects:
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal operating codes and construction codes
- Proficiency with personal computers, construction scheduling software, Microsoft Excel, Power Point Presentations, and other computer software Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of:
- Master's degree or MBA (preferred) Experience
Nice to have
- HRSG systems and thermodynamic cycles
- High-voltage systems and grid interconnection
- Familiarity with OEM platforms Certifications (Preferred)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or other related field of study
- 5+ years' experience managing construction related projects
- 3+ years' experience working with pipeline construction contractors

- $10k-$15k
