  • Aksia Overview Aksia is an alternative assets specialist providing investment solutions for institutional investors globally.
  • Team Overview The Aksia Real Assets team is a global, 16-member team charged with full management of Aksia's Real Assets investment business, encompassing Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Natural Resources.
  • The team currently advises on over $63 billion across a variety of client relationships, ranging from advisory mandates to SMAs.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring market trends and closely tracking existing investments to support the investment / divestment decisions of clients
  • As of November 30, 2025, Aksia advises on over $329 billion and manages $35 billion of client capital across funds-of-one, SMAs and products.
  • The primary focus of the role will be the global real estate sector, with the opportunity to support additional real assets strategies, including infrastructure and natural resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academics in finance, economics, business or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Excellent qualitative assessment skills, with the ability to identify, synthesize, and communicate key investment merits and risks
  • High degree of initiative, intellectual curiosity, integrity, and commercial judgment Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, global environment
  • Passion for and understanding of the real assets investment universe
  • Strong analytical capabilities and financial modeling skills
  • Clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication skills
