Responsibilities

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing quality team, establishing clear roles, performance standards, and scalable workflows to meet evolving business needs
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring robust standards, processes, and controls are in place and consistently followed
  • Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to identify critical customer-facing processes and deploy quality assurance strategies that ensure SLA achievement and product integrity
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and company quality standards; lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement efforts
  • Embed Lean/Six Sigma methodologies across the operation to drive defect reduction, efficiency gains, and measurable performance improvements
  • Partner with Compliance to support RIOS, R2, and emerging standards; serve as site lead for IMS and DPR initiatives
  • Analyze quality metrics, trends, and monitoring results to inform business decisions, optimize production capabilities, and drive operational improvements
  • Deliver clear, data-driven reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews, including actionable recommendations and progress tracking
  • Proactively identify risks, lead root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions to improve performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within operations, manufacturing, or distribution environments
  • 3+ years managing audits and R2/RIOS/ISO Compliance
  • 3+ years managing CAPA processes
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and/or operational processes
  • Employment is contingent upon completion of a required identity verification process, which may include biometric technology, where permitted by applicable law and subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

Compensation

  • $88,000.00 - $147,000.00
  • Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
