Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to define and deliver the next version of Authentication and Authorization at Adyen.
- Lead hands-on by actively coding, participating in technical discussions, code reviews, and system design to ensure best practices are followed.
- Effectively manage stakeholders throughout the company.
- You bring a strong foundation in software engineering, with deep system design skills and hands-on experience in technologies such as Java, Postgres and Redis.
- You set a high bar and ensure your team delivers high-quality, maintainable code and solutions that scale.

Requirements
- You have 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and delivering impactful, scalable solutions.
