About the role
- Director of Construction (aka Business Unit Leader) Mullins Mechanical is a leader in industrial and large commercial mechanical, plumbing, HVAC construction projects.
- Our projects are often in the industrial and manufacturing environments, such as manufacturing facilities, automotive plants, chemical plants, distribution centers, warehouses, and other large commercial facilities.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Executives throughout all phases of work from pursuit of support and project handoff through closeout and warranty.
- Lead executive-level project reviews and intervene when performance deviates from the plan.
- Maintain full P&L responsibility for all assigned projects.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Executives.
- Support succession planning, leadership readiness, and long-term talent development.
- Document Control
- Warranty Support
- Collaborate with Construction Resource Management to align staffing plans with backlog and project risk. <span data-ccp-props="{"201341983
