About the role
- Job Details: This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

- These General Mechanic positions could work any department in Harvest or Processing of this beef processing facility.
- Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling and reaching are required in all areas and must be able to climb up/down stairs and ladders.
- Lifting up to 100 pounds is required.
- These positions work in cold, damp or hot and humid environments (30 degrees to 105 degrees).
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Welding experience preferred.
- Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson have a 180 days rehire waiting period and a 3 time limit.
