About the role
- This position provides hands-on experience supporting software quality activities, AI-enabled workflows, technical documentation, and data organization in a regulated healthcare software environment.
Responsibilities
- Support software testing activities by documenting testing observations, data inconsistencies, bugs, and validation findings.
- Support preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, validation records, quality documents, and internal review materials.
- Work collaboratively with software, AI, quality, regulatory, and product teams to support project activities and timelines.
- Help maintain organized records for software testing, quality review, and development support activities.
- Participate in internal meetings and assist with assigned project support tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to review information carefully and document findings clearly and accurately.
- Interest in AI tools, software systems, digital health products, or healthcare technology.
- Prior internship, academic project, or related experience in software testing, data review, technical documentation, or healthcare software is a plus.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Excel, Python, SQL, or similar tools is preferred but not required.
