About the role
- Please complete the FTS Program Application here prior to applying for your first training event.
- Applications to individual assignments will be automatically declined until the FTS Program Application has been submitted AND a successful Background Check has been processed.
- Certification Requirement: Effective Feb.
Requirements
- 16, 2026, all FTS1 and FTS2 will be required to complete a new certification course.

- If you are a new FTS, download your completion certificate at the end of the training and share with your supervisor on assignment.
Nice to have
- If selected, FTS are paid at an hourly rate of $20 ($21.50 per hour for assignments located in the state of Washington), plus a daily per diem.
- Any hours that FTS work over 40 in a workweek, which is Sunday through Saturday, will be paid at a rate of one and one-half times the regular rate of pay, unless otherwise required by law.
