About the role

- This is a full-time, hybrid position located in our Seattle, WA office.
- DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES In this position, you will: Oversee day-to-day management of project teams with a focus on project delivery, quality, financial performance, and health and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the project lifecycle, including cost estimating and proposal preparation, scheduling, subcontracting, resourcing, project planning, execution, document preparation and review, and financial management.
- Regularly and effectively communicate with clients, partners, subcontractors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Coach, mentor, and support staff to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure high-quality execution of project tasks, technical reports, and deliverables.
- Plan and manage complex field investigation programs for geotechnical projects.
- Lead project technical assessments and design efforts or tasks, including geotechnical evaluations, design and contract package development, and construction procurement support on geotechnical projects.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
- 8 years of related experience with seismic, foundation design, support of excavation, and slope stability projects.
- Familiarity with the application of relevant geotechnical analysis software.
Skills
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS.
- OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER training and refresher updates.
- The salary range for this position in Seattle, WA is $115,000 - $150,000 annually.
- Haley Aldrich reviews salary ranges each quarter to assess competitiveness with the market.
- This bonus program is based on overall company performance and the results achieved compared to peers.
