Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage domestic and international shipments of gas engines and related equipment to customer sites Plan, schedule, and monitor deliveries for customer projects to external warehouses and storage locations Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and transportation documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and internal company policies Act as a primary liaison between Operations, Project Management, external service providers, carriers, and freight forwarders Track shipment status and help resolve transportation issues to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction Support process improvement, digitalization, and reporting initiatives within the logistics and shipping function
