About the role
- Spotify is looking for a creative, strategic, and sharp editorial voice to join the US Podcast Editorial team.
- This role reports into the Associate Director, Podcast Editorial & Audience Development.
- There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. - We ask that you come into the office 2-3 days per week.

Compensation
- $94k-$134k
Benefits
- The United States base range for this position is $94,000 - $134,000, plus equity.
- The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave.
