About the role
- We have developed strategic cooperative partnerships with leading ocean carriers and logistics service providers, such as COSCO Shipping, Maersk Line, Sinotrans, etc.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong carrier relationships
- Negotiate and manage rate cards with major carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and regional providers
- Support account-level pricing setup and optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Work with partners and other regional carriers to improve service levels
- Support new account onboarding and rate integration
- Optimize carrier mix for new and existing lanes
- Assist in building scalable transportation networks
- Drive continuous improvement and establish SOPs
- This role is responsible for building and managing transportation capacity while ensuring cost efficiency and service reliability.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is required
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation, carrier procurement, or 3PL logistics
- Strong understanding of U.S. parcel, LTL, and trucking markets
- Proven experience in carrier sourcing and rate negotiation
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) required

- Existing carrier/broker network
- Experience with TMS/WMS systems
Compensation
- Total Compensation: $80k - $120k/yr
