About the role

Participate in work streams in the context of delivering a Front-to-back technology solution to clients.
Act as Subject Matter Expert in the Cash domains inclusive of all business flows and data sources.
Connect process and data flows to technical components.

Will provide analysis and input into designs of FinTech solutions to support a rapidly growing business.
Work closely with Alpha Business in order to establish and document implementation requirements, support testing and ensure successful client delivery.
Communicate status and escalate through the Implementation Lead and Project Manager.
Deal with user experience teams and make sure the operational analysis applies to system design.
Co-ordinate / collaborate with team and stakeholders as necessary towards the project and support goals.

5 years' experience in middle office operations in Banking and financial industry
3 years' experience with Cash Management, Accounting, Investment Book of Record.
Total experience above must include the following: 5 years' experience in middle office operations in Banking and financial industry
Must also have: Proven experience in financial industry working on Front, Middle, Back Office functions.
Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience as a system analyst working in current technology stacks.
Proven experience in agile delivery and adhering to SDLC processes.
Proven experience in financial industry working on Front, Middle, Back Office functions.

Bachelors degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
plus 10 years of experience in Information Technology.

Collaborate and develop relationships with other State Street organizations as part of a broad Alpha program.
