Responsibilities
- Support and oversee parts operations across multiple B Street Collision locations Audit parts departments from both an in shop and system perspective to ensure consistency, organization, and process accuracy Help maintain parts flow and accountability across all assigned shops Assist locations with returns, credits, and additional parts ordering when necessary Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement operational standards Work closely with production teams, technicians, and vendors to keep repairs moving efficiently Help train and support parts team members while promoting a positive, team-focused culture Maintain clean, organized, and professional parts environments across all locations
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands collision repair operations, and can lead teams while keeping parts processes efficient and accurate across their region.
