Own end-to-end performance reporting for TNT Sports on HBO Max, ensuring the right metrics are defined, tracked, analyzed, and communicated to support business growth across internal teams, league partners, and external stakeholders.
Document, manage, and improve operational processes across business operations initiatives, including developing project requirements, maintaining status updates, tracking progress, and creating visibility for key stakeholders.
Discovery embraces the opportunity to build a workforce that reflects a wide array of perspectives, backgrounds and experiences.

5+ years' experience in strategy, business operations, business development and/or consulting roles
Ability to distill complex business situations into clear problems to solve
Experience presenting to senior level executives
Deep analytics and data experience
Experience working in a digital media businesses
Experience working in, or at least familiarity with, AI technology
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
