About the role

This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Data Analysis & Model Development -Assess data readiness, quality, and governance to support AI initiatives. -Design and guide the development of AI/ML models tailored to specific business challenges and operational workflows.
Training, Adoption & Enablement -Support organizational readiness by delivering training, best practices, and enablement sessions on AI tools and capabilities. -Drive adoption by embedding AI solutions into day to day workflows and decision making processes.
AI Strategy & Use Case Development -Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify high impact AI use cases. -Define AI roadmaps and transformation strategies aligned to organizational priorities and long term value creation.

8+ years of experience working with structured and unstructured data, model lifecycle management, and enterprise data ecosystems.

Prior experience within the payments, financial services, or regulated industry environment strongly preferred.

Experience you will need to have: 10+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, software development, or related technical disciplines.
8+ years of experience in machine learning, natural language processing, data analytics, and AI platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
