About the role

This role will work closely with our teams in Germany to ensure core product scalability.
Willing and able to travel up to three months
Work with middleware platforms like ROS 2 for real-time communication and modularity.

Develop, test, and deploy software for robotic systems with a focus on motion planning, perception, and control.
Design algorithms for path planning, trajectory optimization, and collision avoidance.
Implement and test advanced software for sensor fusion, localization, and mapping.
Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate robotic arms, grippers, and sensors.
Optimize system performance for real-time operation in production environments.
You'll collaborate closely with hardware and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware, pushing the boundaries of what our robots can achieve.

5+ years of experience developing robotic systems or automation platforms.
Solid experience with ROS 2, Isaac Sim, and simulation environments.
Experience working with perception systems like cameras, LiDAR, or depth sensors.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.
Knowledge of kinematics, dynamics, and system modeling.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally for up to 2 months for onboarding period.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
