Responsibilities
- It provides timely, evidence-based guidance in response to evolving factors such as drug shortages, new FDA approvals, and safety alerts, while ensuring accurate and safe medication build through collaboration with Information Systems (IS) analysts and clinical pharmacists.
Requirements
- Arkansas Pharmacist license & 4 years of pharmacy-related work experience
- FLU VACCINES ARE REQUIRED.
- Doctorate of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy (if obtained prior to 2000)

Skills
- Will be reviewing pathways & protocols regarding meds, work with providers to review the evidence.
- Leverages current medication evidence to inform and advance sepsis quality improvement strategies and clinical outcomes.
