- As an Area Manager you will be responsible for leading and coordinating manufacturing operations within an assigned area to ensure the achievement of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop supervisors and hourly associates within the assigned area.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage staffing, training, employee engagement, and performance management activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams while managing multiple priorities.
- Its two Innovation Centers in Akron, Ohio, and Colmar-Berg, Luxembourg, strive to develop state-of-the-art products and services that set the technology and performance standard for the industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 5 years relevant work experience.
- Working knowledge of safety and quality standards, HR policies, and budget management.
Nice to have
- Minimum of one-year relevant work experience, manufacturing or military experience preferred.
