About the role

  • The responsibilities, noted below, will be a mix of strategic project-based work and supporting day-to-day activities.
  • This individual will have the opportunity to learn about Constellation's Treasury function and gain valuable experience working with a best-in-class organization.

Responsibilities

  • Actively support and drive forward the development of ongoing project initiatives within the treasury department
  • Lead efforts to streamline file enhancements for financial reporting, optimizing both efficiency and accuracy
  • Support the debt capital markets team efforts in share repurchase strategy, interest rate hedging, macroeconomic analysis and other projects
  • Learn and support Constellation's market risk management strategy and execution
  • Attend meetings with external and internal business partners to learn and understand current and future market trends and their impacts to Constellation
  • Use Bloomberg to support market data research, perform risk analysis, and assist in streamlining efficiency
  • Drive business results through collaboration with internal departments and external counterparties

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree candidate in Finance or Economics
  • Strong working knowledge of finance, economics, and general business
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Nice to have

  • Experience/understanding of Bloomberg preferred
  • Experience in financial modeling/business analytics is a plus
