About the role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting large-scale insurance transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives for major insurance clients.
This role requires strong experience in the life insurance domain, particularly Universal Life and Traditional Life products, along with knowledge of Vantage/wmA platforms and insurance operations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Support large-scale insurance migration and conversion initiatives by documenting business rules, data requirements, and process changes.
Develop business process models, workflows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
Partner with solution architects, developers, QA teams, and conversion specialists to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support test planning, and validate business scenarios to ensure solution quality.
Provide business insights and recommendations to support operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Insurance, or a related field.
Experience working on large-scale insurance transformation or core system modernization programs.
Experience with business process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent are preferred.
Exposure to mainframe environments and legacy insurance systems is an advantage.
Work Environment & Expectations
Willingness to support critical project milestones, testing cycles, and production go-live activities when required.
The selected candidate will be required to report to their nearest DXC office.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the life insurance industry.
