About the role

  • As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting large-scale insurance transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives for major insurance clients.
  • This role requires strong experience in the life insurance domain, particularly Universal Life and Traditional Life products, along with knowledge of Vantage/wmA platforms and insurance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Support large-scale insurance migration and conversion initiatives by documenting business rules, data requirements, and process changes.
  • Develop business process models, workflows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Partner with solution architects, developers, QA teams, and conversion specialists to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support test planning, and validate business scenarios to ensure solution quality.
  • Provide business insights and recommendations to support operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Required Skills & Experience

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Experience working on large-scale insurance transformation or core system modernization programs.
  • Experience with business process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Exposure to mainframe environments and legacy insurance systems is an advantage.
  • Work Environment & Expectations
  • Willingness to support critical project milestones, testing cycles, and production go-live activities when required.
  • The selected candidate will be required to report to their nearest DXC office.
